We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 1-year contract starting as soon as possible with a great possibility for an extension.

About the role:

The purpose of the job is to be a local key user and a link between the Nordic functions and the local sales office in terms of processes, systems, sales and local cross-divisional support within marketing and sales.

Marketing Process administration and support
• Process knowledge and 1st line of support for marketing and sales.
• Power users in connected systems: Musqot, BQMS and SAP

Contract Process Administration
• Have a good knowledge of the customer contract process.
• Provide information of process and guidelines to Sales and be 1st line of support.

Marketing and Sales System support and reporting
• Connecting organizations, locating guidelines and supporting sales in ad hoc questions.
• Support Business Control
• Ad Hoc and recurring Sales Reporting

Your profile:

A practical sales support related education or similar is desirable, but not a requirement.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years in similar job tasks with advanced process/system focused sales support.
• Experience from SAP or other ERP-system is desirable
• Experience from working in CRM systems is desirable
• Experience from working with analyzing sales statistics in Excel or Business Intelligence system.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Good business knowledge about customers, market and products, to be able to evaluate sales.
• Good at using systems and thinking processes.
• Sense for both details and the overall picture
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions
• Being pedagogical and patient
• High social & networking skills
• High tempo at times. Requires a doer-attitude.
• Able to prioritize and handle peaks in volume
• Able to drive implementation of changes
• High level of administration skills. Service minded but with ability to say no if needed
• PowerPoint, advanced skills.
• Highly skilled in Excel, (especially the "Pivot tables" function).
• English both written and spoken (high level)
