OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Sales Coordinator you will play a proactive and central role in supporting, facilitating and improving the Sales work in terms of systems, processes, follow-up and other business-critical areas. The purpose of the job is to be a local key user and a link between the Nordic functions and the local sales office in terms of processes, systems, sales and local cross-divisional support within marketing and sales.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Sales Coordinator you will support Sales Management and Business Control with regular and ad-hoc reporting as required by the business. You will be responsible for following up mentioned reports and taking action where needed and play a central part in proactively creating/managing and presenting reports to support business needs and enhance efficiency. You will also be a first line of support for report-related questions.
Besides above, you will:
* Have knowledge and understanding of all parts of the contract process. Connecting legal and Sales
* Act as key user support for questions and issues related to the process and systems as well as manage budgets in SAP and follow up open items
* Together with Business Control you will inform Sales of Commercial- and Contractual terms, and arrange/hold necessary training in general Contract process
* Support and update Customer Data and Partner Groups in Salesforce.com, including reseller/store structure
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Minimum 2 years in similar job tasks with advanced process/system focused sales support
* Experience from SAP or other ERP-system
* Experience from working in CRM systems
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience from working with analyzing sales statistics in Excel or Business Intelligence system
* Fluency in English in both writing and speaking
For this role, it is meritorious to have previous experience of having previously worked in a sales organization. A practical sales support related education or similar is desirable, but not a requirement
As a person you are...
* Good at using systems and thinking processes, and you have good business knowledge about customers, market and products, to be able to evaluate sales
* You have a sense for both details and the overall picture, and are able to identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions
* High level of administration skills, and you have the ability to prioritize and handle peaks in volume
* Pedagogical, patient, service minded but with ability to say no if needed
