SALES COORDINATOR / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | Location: Sweden and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Description
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized contract Hajj/Umrah coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their Hajj/Umrah performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Prequalification
Ensure Entry Level prequalification with all major providers.
Ensure proper submission of prequalification documentation
Manage customer security in the destination,
Sales Coordination
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, and communicating relevant information
Make sure the sales related equipment or materials have the right authorities information
Responding to lokal complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Management Reporting
Preparation of Cost Report and Quotation for the Director.
Preparation of contracts with subcontractors with all necessary outstanding quotations and revenue reports.
Preparation and update of invoice , payments, sales agreement,
Guide junior team in Office Management and Documentation Procedure Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and lokal policies in the destinations
Business Development
Represent Company in overseas meeting and conference with adequate presentation capabilities
Liase with other manufacturer and agents
Should be willing to travel overseas with MD and team for exhibitions and conferences.
Requirements
Min 8-10 years proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions in Hajj and Umrah industry
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
