And that’s where you come in: we are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Developer Representative (SDR)! The ideal person will connect with leads by tweaking messaging based on the audience, and that’s why they understand what keywords create interest, are structured and organized, and ace outbound efforts. We want you to feel confident in communicating with C-level executives within the footwear industry, and grow our pipeline one footwear brand at a time - such a fun challenge, right?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of the Sales team, helping us segment and move leads through the sales funnel. Together with colleagues, you will ensure that all our lead generation playbook is refined and our Sales department tools and support functions are operating effectively.
- Being the first point of contact for our customers plays an important role in ensuring that we create conversations with leads and make the best of each presented opportunity.
- Researching, asking questions, and adapting messaging to ensure that we reach the right customers in the right way. As we work with different cultures and organizations, this means adapting and testing new approaches and having a ton of grit (and fun)!
- Failing, learning, repeating. Our deals usually involve many departments within a company, from retail operations and e-commerce to marketing and R&D. To succeed, you need to be the type of person who is not afraid to analyze previous experiences and quickly implement new learnings.
- Analyzing, identifying, and building rapport with key stakeholders within organizations to help the Account Executive team generate pipeline and new qualified business opportunities.
- All the other things! One day prospecting, and the next, you will collaborate and drive cross-industry strategies with the broader team or ensure the CRM is updated, among other things. - You have a Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- You have 1-2 years of sales experience as an SDR with a proven track record of achieving sales quota.

- You are driven, analytical, organized, and you see the big picture and sweat the small details.

- You are fluent in English - we have colleagues from over 20 countries and customers worldwide. It's truly an international environment! Swedish is considered a plus.
- You are an excellent communicator. You balance the tango between being professional and friendly and can efficiently use e-mails, phones, and social media to find new ways to get in touch.
