Internship Focus
Identify leads and contacts to our open programs
Drive the sales process and buyer journey – from start to finish
Direct client interfacing through email and telephone cold calling
Make new contacts by phone and email, participate in networking events, and represent the company in different contexts.
Contribute to developing sales strategies
Assist our program manager with related tasks to reach sales goals
Work towards KPIs and the sales target, with a drive to reach and overachieve individual and team results
Assist with operational needs and tasks.​


Requirements
Sales-oriented: eager to meet goals & create measurable results
Must see the phone as your very best friend in developing new customer relationships
Knowledge in digital development is a plus, but perhaps more crucial is having an interest in the digital field
You are empathetic and can build relationships quickly
A proactive & entrepreneurial mindset – a proven track record of idea to action
A commitment to continuous growth – learning and feedback is part of our DNA!
You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and have an eagerness to make a difference
Strong command of written and spoken English OR Swedish – both is a big plus
Strong team-orientation.


You will be working with our multidisciplinary and growth-oriented team and will have the opportunity to learn about new technology developments as well as a wide variety of the domains and industries our clients are in.


We provide training, individual coaching, guidance and support, as well as valuable work experience helping to take your sales and people skills to the next level. The length of the internship program is 3-6 months. The internship is offered 4 times a year, with a current focus on finding our star student for the spring semester. Naturally you are also encouraged to apply for a position starting now!


This position is unpaid, with commission awarded for significant contribution to sales. For the right candidate, there are good opportunities for full-time employment after the internship.
