The team
We are growing fast and are looking for two new Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales team. You will be part of the Commercial team and work closely together with our Sales Executives and our Commercial Director. You will also work closely with our Marketing Team to make sure that we have a tight alignment between marketing and sales to create and convert MQLs and SQLs to meetings. The role
As a Sales Development Representative your main responsibility will be to schedule high quality sales meetings for our Sales Executives, Directors, Business Area Leads and Senior consultants. You will build and activate meeting booking sequences in provided Engagement Technologies. You will engage prospects across channels (Social, Email & Phone) to convert SQLs and targeted prospects to sales meetings. You will most likely be doing some of these things also:
- Further develop our automated / augmented SDR way-of-work together with your peers in Sweden, Finland and Germany
- Making sure that we have an updated and solid CRM system, holding both yourself and your colleagues accountable
- Contribute with insights helping your colleagues to deliver value in their sales meetings
- Supporting Account Managers and New Business Sales Teams with RFx (RFi / RFQ / RFP) responses
- Participate in further developing a sales mindset and culture within the organisation
Who are you?

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to learn and develop. You have the ability to act in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time. People always describe you as a good organiser and you have good time-management skills. Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:
- Academic education e.g within Business, Sales, Strategy, IT, Sales & Marketing or Data domain.
- Proven track record within sales or sales development.
- Experience within digital marketing, data and experience orchestration is a merit.
- Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedish
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are a plus
Practical Information
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Katarinavägen 17. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace. You will report to Thomas Berg, Commercial Director.
