Sales Development Representative to Alva Labs

Ever stumbled upon a personality test in a recruitment process? Alva Labs is a SaaS scale-up that offers a unique candidate assessment platform. We help companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place, in a fair, accurate and automated way. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, we provide the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.
Why is this role important to us
The SDR-role is maybe the most strategic and important role for our success within the full sales team and also to make the most out of all marketing initiatives. SDRs play the role of being the driving path between marketing- and sales funnel, and both convert Marketing Qualified Leads as well as untouched Ideal Customer Profile companies into sales qualified leads that will later work their way throughout the Sales funnel or back / into the marketing funnel. Honestly? The SDR is the heart and soul of the sales process!
What will you do
- You will be responsible for providing the Account Executives with relevant meetings in line with our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Be an early part of our international launch (world domination, here we come!)
- You will work with outbound and inbound sales: from prospecting and screening leads, setting up meetings through phone and email and helping to move them through the sales funnel.
- You will work with the latest prospecting and CRM tools. You are to find, and take, the first contact with the right people.
- You will be part of a small and nimble team and work closely together with our full sales team, Head of Sales, and our CEO and Head of Marketing.
- Work with a former European champion, a World champion (yes, we have one of each), an interior decorator, an award-winning boccia player, and a national team gymnastic coach. Oh, they do sales as well.

What have you done before
We believe that great people will find a way, regardless of previous experience. If you have skills within or have worked with sales/marketing, different digital systems, SaaS and/or people science before, great. If you haven’t, no worries! There is plenty of know-how in-house to get you started. However, we do believe you have a passion for sales and for hunting down opportunities.
Swedish is not a requirement for this position

We are currently a team of 35 happy campers, based in central Stockholm with a collective and extensive experience of building tech companies, Psychology, Psychometrics, Data Science, Engineering and Product Design.
We are a high-performing team who loves to accomplish goals as well as learn from each other in multiple ways. We value flexibility in work, work-life balance, personal and career development and an inspiring working environment.
