What will you be doing?
Scope is looking for a Sales Development Representative to act as the liaison between their Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and initiating relationships with potential customers. Reporting to the Sales Development Manager and collaborating closely with their Marketing Team, you’ll source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across key B2B verticals.
This is the first major step to a career in revenue generation, and they expect - if you’re growing as they hope - for you to take the next step up in the team in 9-12 months.
Responsibilities
Outreach: Contact potential clients to present our company to potential clients
Inbound: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Set up meetings, calls or product demonstrations between (prospective) clients and Sales Managers
Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements
Work experience as a Business Development/Sales Development Representative or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
Familiarity with Google Suite (Mail, Docs, etc) and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to deliver engaging presentations
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area
6 months to 2 years of relevant business development experience
Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
Working Conditions
Scope operate from an office in downtown Stockholm. They understand that sometimes you work more effectively in an open space that encourages collaboration but other times you need a quiet space, and that is why they have a versatile work space. They also encourage you to work off site as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, salaried position located in Stockholm, Sweden.
