What you will do in this role

As a Sales Development Representative on our team, you will:
- Utilise various channels (such as online research, social media) to identify potential B2B leads.
- Research and compile a list of companies, decision-makers, and relevant contacts within the industry.
- Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., company size, industry, budget, needs) to determine their suitability.
- Execute lead generation campaigns
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Initiate outbound communications via cold calls, personalised emails, and other relevant channels.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to organise and track leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide insights on lead behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis.

- Are bilingual or proficient in English
- Posses excellent knowledge in IT, telemarketing / sales and technically minded
- Have outbound experience / sales experience
- Possess very good self-organisation, high social competence and are a team worker
- Possess a good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
- Are able to build great credibility over the phone with prospects
- Are goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance
- Are proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.

- Salary 22 000 euros gross/year + up to 15 000 euros gross/year in bonus
