Just was founded in Oslo, Norway in May 2017 after Just founder & CEO Anders' previous entrepreneurial venture, mCASH, was acquired by the Sparebank 1 banking group. After spending six years building one of the first mobile payments solutions in Europe, he wanted to solve problems for businesses. Anders teamed up with some friends who recently had left JPMorgan where they had built the global electronic FX business. They spent hours talking to businesses involved with global trade, dove deep into analyzing traded FX contracts, and established that banks systematically price discriminate their customers.

The unfair pricing practices employed by banks and the need for more transparent market mechanics became the basis for the first product offering from Just: FX Analytics. With it's flagship product, Just FX Analytics has benchmarked over USD 40 billion in trades, and helped clients save more than USD 15 million.

Today, Just creates software solutions to transform how corporate treasurers globally manage FX, connecting business intelligence and analytics capabilities directly to transparent financial market data.

Who are we?
Just was born in 2017 after establishing that banks systematically price discriminate their customers. What we do is build financial products for businesses around the world that deal in global trade of goods and services. Our tool helps the finance teams at these businesses make better financial decisions, manage financial risk and access capital markets with more visibility and price transparency.

After launching our first product early in 2020 we have grown our customer base to more than hundred businesses across Northern-Europe. Our customers have realized more than $30 million in savings from using our product and we regularly score above 70 in NPS surveys. And that´s just the beginning!

We have our roots in Norway, a country with deep connections to trade. We do however understand that talent is distributed and comes in every shape and form. That is why our HQ is on the internet, and you can find our team members spread across various cities around the world. If you join the team, it is entirely up to you whether to work from home or an office hub. And of course, we love to gather and have quarterly get-togethers.

The time ahead is exciting for us as we will be expanding our go-to-market deeper into the Nordics and we are looking for new colleagues to join us in building our outbound go-to-market team. During this time of global volatility and economic uncertainty demand for our solutions has increased. We are on a fast scale growth journey, but we need motivated and determined sales pros to reach our goals.


Your role on the team
As an outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be the front-line revenue generator for Just. This is an important role, where you will be responsible for reaching out to mid and large sized businesses across the Nordics. Through outbound prospecting, you will use multiple channels including cold calls, email and social media to engage decision makers (typically the CFO or VP of Treasury). The goal is to educate prospects, bring awareness to our solutions and convert prospects into actionable leads for our Account Executives to close. You will be part of an exciting career path that could lead to Senior Sales or Business Development Roles.

What you will be doing:
. Prospect leads, and build/qualify the outbound sales pipeline for Account Executives. You will engage with prospective customers (typically companies that trade between $20 mln and $2bln in FX annually) by phone, email, social media and online events. We encourage creativity when it comes to campaigns that can generate leads in well-defined target markets
. Understand and deliver the Just value proposition for a wide range of industries, personas and pain points
. Convert outbound leads into qualified prospects for the Account Executive team to meet with through online video demonstrations
. Manage data in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all communications are logged and records kept up to date
. Share ideas and best practices with your colleagues
The role reports to our Head of Sales and is 100% remote. This means you can be based anywhere in the CET+2 time zone, but full proficiency in a Nordic language in addition to fluency in English is required.

To succeed in the role, we believe previous experience from an outbound sales role is a must. If you have this experience from a SaaS company, that will be a huge advantage. As an SDR, being able to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills is key.
