We are now looking to build on our current success and execute on the market opportunities by growing and developing our world class Sales Development Organization- where we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our exciting journey towards world domination! You will be based in Stockholm and report to our newly hired Sales Development Manager in London.

Main responsibilities
As Sales Development Representative, you will focus on the initial stages in the sales cycle and work proactively to create new business opportunities for Benify within the Nordics. Your mission will be to qualify incoming leads from our marketing department and to reach out and connect with leads through different channels. Your contribution will lay a solid foundation for our sales department to approach and build long-term relationships to our future clients.

As Sales Development Representative, you will also:

• Book meetings for your colleagues in sales
• Set up, run, and evaluate sequences
• Invite target accounts to webinars
• Reach out and connect with prospects through different channels; email, calls, LinkedIn, automated sequences
• Use content in an efficient way to build knowledge about Benify and our products among your key target accounts
• Produce ideas and follow up on new creative material to our marketing team

To succeed as SDR, we believe you have great communications skills and thrives in an independent role where your relationship building skills will come in handy to raise awareness of Benify. You are structured and appreciate planning your work day on your own. To connect and qualify leads, you need to use a commercial and analytical eye, have a creative mindset and be fearless to try new things. Finally, you are a doer who works persistently and gets things done, using different techniques and systems as support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in sales, preferably as Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR)
• Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed since we are an internationally growing company

Desirable:

• Experience working with CRM, preferably HubSpot, Sequences and/or Salesforce
• Experience working at a SaaS company
• Bachelor’s degree within sales or marketing
