We are now looking for the next star to join our sales team as Sales Development Representative! In the role as SDR, your job is to deliver business opportunities to our sales team. You will be responsible for setting a strategy for your own business area to deliver leads to the AE team, by outbound and inbound sales efforts. Activities can involve identifying relevant prospects and reaching out with outbound activities, setting up campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, qualifying business opportunities, and pitch Worldfavor to potential customers. A perfect role for you who enjoy high activity, working against clear targets, and having interactions on a daily basis! 🏆😻

Of course, you will also be an important part of the entire Worldfavor team, a diverse and fun-loving group with a wide range of backgrounds - from sustainability, software engineering, and business development to marketing and entrepreneurship. 🌍

Who are you? 😎

- You have experience from similar roles
- You possess great communication skills in either Swedish or English, written and spoken (additional language is a bonus).
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with high activity
- You are results-oriented and thrive when you get to work towards reaching and exceeding targets. Ideally you have met or exceeded outbound sales targets
- You take initiative and have a high sense of responsibility
- You enjoy an entrepreneurial company culture and dynamic environment
- You have the ability to understand processes, challenges, and business drivers to take on a strategic responsibility for your business area
- You are structured and can create a sense of organization in a complex and fast-paced environment


It's an advantage if you also👍

- Have experience from working with sales in some way, preferably B2B and even better from SaaS-companies or other software/digital companies
- Have a degree in business administration, sales education, or other relevant education or training
- Have experience in working with various lead generation systems
