A CRITICAL GROWTH ROLE
Our Sales Development Specialists play a critical role in growing our business. You are responsible for proactive prospecting, qualifying and nurturing sales leads that result in opportunities for our New Sales team within a specified territory. Our outreach to prospects are done via phone, email and social channels (personalised video greetings and messages). In addition, our Sales specialists also...
lead Discovery meetings with prospects to identify needs and map them to our own offering
work closely with our Sales Managers to support the realization of their targets
manage data for your prospects in our CRM (HubSpot) ensuring communications are logged, contact and deal information is up to date and necessary documentation is attached
build brand awareness and act as our external ambassador for the company at conferences
are proactive, helpful and an appreciated member of the Revenue team
THE DREAM CANDIDATE
has high professional ambitions and a “can-do” attitude
is a motivated self-starter able to reach decision makers on a continuous basis
will identify and develop new prospects from multiple sources and individual research
will create messaging that attracts prospects both via the phone and in written form
has excellent social skills and a natural instinct for conversing with executives
has excellent verbal and written skills in English (Nordic or German languages a plus!)
enjoys working within a target-driven sales environment and performs well under pressure
builds trust quickly with impressive listening and analytical skills

Onsite / Remote flexibility: We will primarily work as a team from our centrally located office at Torsgatan 26 in Stockholm but we are also interested in remote applications. Your performance matters and we think that the right remote candidate will be able to deliver results even though not at the office.
