We are now looking for a Sales Enablement & Content Producer to join our fast-growing team of highly passionate and dedicated professionals. We are an entrepreneurial company so you will be involved in a lot of different tasks, and we would like a proactive individual with a “can do attitude” that are used to take ownership and enjoy responsibility. We are looking for someone with a lot of passion and enthusiasm that want to growth your career together with us.
The role
As a Sales Enablement & Content Producer you will be supporting our wonderful customers across both B2B (Retailers) and our B2C (direct consumers) with customer service errands, product presentation material, sales support content. You will also be responsible for our newsletters which is a very important channel for us to communicate and build loyalty with our customers.
Liaise with Sales and Operations to ensure you have all information required to inform sales and communication material
Create compelling content to illustrate product and concept features
Service orientated and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Experience in designing, planning, rolling out and maintaining sales support material and training
Stay updated with industry trends, user research, market research, and product research to create compelling narratives around new product features and their potential impact

Who you are
It's important for us to find team members that will grow with and contribute to our business, therefore we always value mindset and characteristics. For this role in particular, experience within the following areas is essential to be successful:
Excellent writer and communicator in both Swedish and English
Understand SEO and can incorporate this into your writing
A passion for customer service and are used to communicate with customers in both written and physical context
Creative: bringing new ideas about how to create a first-class content and product illustrations
3 years proven experience from a similar role
Enjoys working in fast-moving startup environment
