Position Overview

As Sales Enablement Product Manager, you will be a member of the Nordic Project Management Office (PMO) team responsible for the Nordic project & product management for internal and external systems and applications. Our projects/products can be on Nordic level as well as global ones. This means you will cooperate with the central functions like Operations, Risk, etc. in the Nordics, however you will work very closely with IT with focus to support and enable Sales growth. Your product(s) scope is typically centered around software development , automation and digitalization topics. To ensure customer and organizational success, we are looking for self-driven and highly motivated product manager with positive attitude toward challenges. 

Responsibilities

* Together with the Product Owner you develop and share responsibility for product vision, strategy, and roadmap
* You drive and follow the product success and adoption
* You work in close collaboration with IT team and Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog including user enhancement requests, ensuring the requests are validated and well understood before solution is built
* You lead testing from business side as well as timely communications, internal trainings to ensure successful user adoption.
* You actively meet and engage with users and other stakeholders to gather insight for improvements
* You work closely with other product areas and product managers for overall success in cross-product developments
* Project management is a part of your daily work depending on the complexity of developments

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

* You get things done with high quality. Have strong communication skills, hands-on attitude, lots of drive, energy and ambition.
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field; engineering/IT background is an advantage
* Ability and understanding to prioritize complex requirements and daily activities is essential
* Minimum 3-5 years of product manager role in similar industries
* Natural team-player who works equally well with colleagues from various backgrounds
* Highly experienced in both waterfall and agile methodologies
* Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Nordics
