Axis Nordic, Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and Russian sales office is looking for a Sales Engineer for our sales team based in Lund.We are in an expansive phase and are developing our sales channel in the Nordic, Baltic, CEE and Russian region.We are therefore seeking a Sales Engineer to focus on the Nordic, Baltic and CEE region. Position description: - Inform and update our distributors and resellers on technical presales issues, which can be done over the telephone but often require visits to our partners.- Be the AXIS Academy teacher when such training courses are arranged in the region or in cooperation with a distributor.- Arrange and teach special technical trainings for distributors, resellers and in some cases end users in their location.- Work with the presales group and develop written presales material of a technical nature, both in the form of articles and PowerPoint presentations.- Find new business opportunities, when communicating with our partners.- Visit customers both with and without other Axis representatives.- Handle project sales from a technical standpoint. Requirements: - A technical background from IT and networks is needed - Technical experience from the CCTV business is an advantage - Experience runing projects is a plus - Fluent in English is mandatory Personal skills: - Open minded with a natural curiosity - A good presenter with a pedagogical touch - Sales-oriented Travel: The position requires extensive travelling on a regular basis.
