Would you like to be a part of our team to strengthen the Global Support Team at Dellner Service?

Dellner is an expansive and international company delivering sustainable, innovative and high quality products and services to train operators and train builders worldwide. Our products consist of couplers, gangways and crash management systems for the railway industry. Dellner Service is responsible for the life cycle maintenance of said systems and offers services such as major overhauls, upgrades, modernizations as well as spare parts and repairs. 

 

Your role

Your main responsibility as a Sales Engineer is to support our global sales teams with technical assistance and product expertise to create strong customer relationships and generate business. You are responsible to develop conceptual designs and overhaul proposals, following the customer´s specifications as well as our internal guidelines and procedures. A central focus in the role is your cooperation with our global sales teams and customers. Internally you will work in close cooperation with functions such as; global area sales managers, project management, engineering, RAMS/LCC, testing and customer service.

Some travelling is required in this position which is placed in Vika, Falun. You report to the Global Support Manager.

 

We assume

You have a BSc in engineering or equivalent.

2+ years of relevant experience within the area of the responsibility.

You are experienced in analyzing technical specifications and creating technical solutions/concepts.

You have experience with customer relations, presenting and selling your ideas.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.

CAD experiences is a bonus.
