The EMEA Sales team
Our EMEA Sales team consists of enthusiastic and passionate professionals that work with enterprise and mid-market customers from a wide range of industries and from all around the world to understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process.
What you’ll get to do
Our Sales Engineers are customer obsessed and they believe in the value they can add, from the proof-of-concept to deal won. They love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback and are passionate about helping make the internet a safer place. The Sales Engineers are both technical and skilled relationship builders. They are comfortable at navigating complex organisations, from engaging with a CEO to sketching out a technical solution on a (metaphorical) whiteboard with an engineer.
You will:
Create an understanding for clients’ technical and organisational needs and guide them into a modern way of working with security.
Solve issues relating to clients’ technical set-up and communicating suggestions to different stakeholders.
Work with Account Executives through the entire sales cycle, providing technical expertise.
You will have a great opportunity to set your own schedule, create learning frameworks, and constantly evolve the role and its possibilities. You will essentially be an extension of our sales representatives and both help clients with your technical knowledge and collect feedback for our product roadmap.
Who you are
You’re passionate about technology and have found your time working in the software industry exhilarating. Ideally, you have some experience with REST APIs and are able to communicate your ideas with precision.
You’re a motivational and collaborative person who can communicate their ideas or perspectives through engaging presentations, demos, and even a whiteboarding session (when we’re back in the office together!). You are a naturally empathetic and curious person with the ability to make meaningful progress towards your goals while ensuring your teammates are kept in the loop.
Pre- or post-sales engineering experience in a SaaS company or equivalent
Deeply passionate about technology. You may even have experience using your scripting skills to build customer demos.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud application architecture.
Excellent storytelling skills.
Excellent command of English, both verbally and written. Experience with another language is a plus!
