You will be part of our sales team, responsible for sales and marketing for Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Southern Asia. Your challenge
As Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for a market segment with a designated budget. Important parts of your work will be to analyze customer behavior, maintain excellent relations with end customers and local offices as well as provide information on market demands to factory. You will also be involved in commercial contract negotiations and technical discussions. Over time and by gaining overall knowledge of our products, you are expected to be able to position ABB ahead of competitors.
Since travel abroad will be part of your work portfolio, you will be given great opportunities to experience many different cultures while broadening your network. Depending on your performance and career plan, this could be a great beginning into senior sales position or management position.
Your profile
You are a natural team player with strong collaborative and communicative skills, and you thrive in a high-paced and multicultural environment. Given your strong drive, your ability to prioritize, and your focus on great results, you always reach set goals and beyond.
Furthermore, you combine several years? of experience in sales, preferably on a global level, with a solid technical background and Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering. It is a plus if you have studied or worked abroad. You may currently work at an electrical or manufacturing company. Fluency in English and Swedish is required, written and spoken alike, whereas fluency in additional languages, such as French and Spanish is advantageous.

You will be part of High Voltage Breakers, a business unit within the Power Products division in Ludvika. High Voltage Breakers has a worldwide ABB responsibility for development, production and sales of high voltage breakers for power systems within both AC and DC. New products are developed and tested in our high voltage laboratory and the markets are found both in Sweden and in other parts of the world. The high voltage breaker is an essential part of a reliable and energy efficient power system.
