Absolicon is looking for a person to join their team in Varberg. As a Sales Engineer you will manage existing customers as well as supporting business development internationally. The position includes a great degree of personal freedom with high responsibility in developing the company. Substantial travel in periods should be expected.
The right candidate for this can be found anywhere in Europe as long as they are willing to relocate, which Absolicon is happy to support with. All levels of experience is welcome, as long as you are passionate about solar thermal or thermodynamics.

Responsibilities
Managing and developing relationships with existing clients and their multiple stakeholders on operational, management and executive levels.
International business development
Visiting customers, end users and influencers and gaining an understanding of customer project specifications and inquiries
Making quotations, specifications, and budgets for sales projects
Understanding the clients’ requirements and translate them into implementable solutions together with the engineering team
Occasional travelling within Sweden and abroad
Background and Reguirements
A business-oriented mindset with a high interest in technology
Experience in sales and a good knowledge of solar thermal for process industries
Ability to translate technical knowledge into tangible sales specifications and quotations
Proven ability in negotiating and closing complex deals
Routine handling of sales management software (CRM) and MS Office
Proactive, communicative, and team-minded personality
Skills
Excellent communication- and relationship management skills at senior and mid-management level
Ability to think outside the box
Business fluent written and spoken English.
Spanish, German or French skills seen as a big advantage
