Job Responsibilities
As a sales engineer in the vertical Multi Family & Commercial Buildings, your tasks will mainly consist of creating business and securing home projects with both new and existing customers, which mainly involve, consultants, pipe installers, real estate companies and tenant-owner associations. You process, develop customers and run your own projects in your district through customer meetings, training and advice with the goal of creating good and long-term relationships that are in line with the sales plan. An important part of the role is to sell Danfoss' unique concepts to end customers for energy optimization.
You will continuously work in the CRM system Salesforce and are expected to independently make analyzes of your customer base regarding, for example, profitability. Furthermore, you are expected to keep up to date with upcoming projects and development plans in your district related to, for example, infrastructure and thereby identify new business opportunities.
You start from the office in Linköping or from your home office, but most of the time you spend with our customers in the district (Östergötland).

We are looking for you who have a broad technical understanding and good commercial insight. You need to have a great drive and have the will to make a difference in our business. You have a proactive approach and develop effective and feasible solutions to problems.
To succeed in the role, it is of great importance that you like challenge and to challenge, have the will to constantly develop and achieve results, good collaborative skills and understand the importance of creating good relationships at different levels, both internally and externally.
You have:
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on plumbing, mechanics, automation or energy, but
You may also have acquired equivalent knowledge from working life
- A good technical understanding in the plumbing field or related areas
- Experience of sales B2B, as well as experience of working in CRM systems
- Very good oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English
Meritorious if you have:
- Experience in sales to and how the HVAC market works
- Experience of working with HVAC consultants
