Elastisys is a fast growing technology company that builds open source, cloud-native software, provides managed services and professional services on the technical frontlines of the cloud native ecosystem. Combining this with a dose of world renowned cloud research creates a really interesting environment where you can learn new things everyday. At Elastisys we work with some of the most exciting companies in the nordics, assisting them with our expertise within Kubernetes security, compliance, and operations.
Elastisys was founded in 2011, and we launched our managed Compliant Kubernetes service in 2019. We are a rapidly growing company and we currently have over 35 employees, primarily working from our Umeå and Lund offices located in Sweden.
We are experiencing high growth in both managed services and professional services and we are looking to expand our sales team with a Sales Executive. The primary mission will be to increase our managed services customer base in primarily the nordics but also the extended EU market.

The Sales Executive position is a more senior sales position in the B2B sales world. We expect you to have relevant experience in both B2B sales and the IT industry. Sales Executives at Elastisys will be crucial in order for us to reach our highly set sales targets. Who we are looking for:
For the Sales Executive position we will consider candidates with a minimum of at least 2 years of B2B sales. As a Sales Executive you will work closely with the SDR function of Elastisys sales organization in order to grow our managed service customer base. As Sales Executive you are expected to drive the sales process forward from the first meeting until the customer has been onboarded on our managed service.
You should be comfortable in customer conversations. You will, on a daily basis, prospect for new strategic accounts and work on qualified opportunities from the SDR function. You will also be working together with the technical presales team in sales calls and while writing proposals.
Experience from the IT industry, cloud or Kubernetes is a huge plus. Being at a professional level in Finnish, or any major European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish etc) is a bonus, but by no means a must.
As a person you are driven, independent and result oriented. In addition you are a good listener, a real team player and have great communication skills - especially in English. For the right person, this is an excellent opportunity to both gain deep technical knowledge and experience from fun and exciting sales, with customers ranging from Nordic SMEs to international enterprises.
You will report directly to our sales manager.
Location: Preferable Lund or Umeå, for the right candidates other locations can be considered. This position might require some amount of travelling post-Covid.
