The Team
You are part of the Commercial team and will work closely together with and get support from Sales Development Representatives and our Marketing team creating demand. In addition, our competence teams hold subject matter experts in Strategic Advisory, Data Science & Data Engineering and Activation & Tech specialists, activating data for our clients. Our client successes, and the teams creating them are at hand to support your sales activities. You will be coached and managed by our Commercial Director who is experienced and operative in Customer Acquisition sales. Clear offerings and methodology concepts for both project delivery and sales will support you in your day to day work.
The role
As a Sales Executive your main priorities will be to engage prospects throughout the buying journey, utilising your sales skills and acquire new clients. The Sales Executive is responsible for making sure our growth continues to accelerate. You will target the largest and most exciting organisations across several industries, focusing on some of their most strategic challenges and initiatives. By acquiring new clients in the end to end sales cycleIn this role will use and develop your ability to advise potential clients, and prospects on their journey towards a data-driven future. Our entrepreneurial culture will give you all the possibilities to develop and become a successful sales executive. The rest is up to your ambition! You will most likely be doing some of these things also:
- Execution on Avaus’s strategy & GTM in targeted ICP prospect companies
- End to end sales funnelling from prospecting to closing, co-owning the annual growth target on New Business Sales
- Support, execute and enhance Swedish New Business sales plan
- Contributor to Avaus culture and commercial excellence
- Map and articulate Avaus’s potential strategic value solutions to our target accounts business needs and problems
- Support our Marketing and Sales Engine with ideas and concepts to increase demand
- Drive customer acquisition activities with Business Area Leads and strategic technology partners
- Opening new doors, making meetings happen!
Who are you?
We believe you have a strong commercial drive, curiosity, and hold a positive mindset with a value centric sales approach. You are a people person with interest in creating enhanced business value by leveraging customer data into sales, marketing and CX. You want to challenge the status quo and commodity way of doing things. You get prospects to see their business challenges and ways to turn them into results, in a new light. Besides your personality, we would also like you to have:
- Experience in advisory value sales understanding and uncovering challenges and needs to articulate a clear value proposition to prospects.
- Proven track record within sales.
- Skilled in making complex things easy to grasp.
- Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedis
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are a plus
Practical information
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Katarinavägen 17. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace. You will report to Thomas Berg, Commercial Director.
