We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented SALES EXECUTIVE to be a strong force in our external sales department.Position is based in Gothenburg. The Swedish sales team operates in our Direct Sales segment.This position reports to Sales Manager Sweden.The local team is responsible of meeting and exceeding their targets agreed in terms of volume, profitability, value adding solutions and relations building.Start date: soonest possible Responsibilities: The purpose of the job is to focus on medium/large customers to obtain agreed terms of sales with existing and potential customers according to the business plan.We are looking for: - a commercial, dynamic and result orientated person.You must be analytic as well as extrovert and service minded.Quality awareness is a must to keep our customers satisfied and to ensure we work in an efficient and professional manner.- a person with at least 3 years shipping experience, preferably within the forwarder segment - a person spending much time meeting customers This position also requires fluency in English, written/spoken, as well as being PC literate.Please apply through our job portal at www.maersk.com no later than December 11, 2006.
