We have a modern approach to Marketing and Sales. Our extensive marketing efforts drive inbound leads that need to be qualified. Sales concentrate on qualification, outbound prospecting and closing. You will have a competent team around you supporting with for example bid management and presale capabilities. Streamlining of roles, recruiting high performers and using the best available technology are at the centre of our growth plan. To continue our expansion in Sweden, we are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong drive and an entrepreneurial spirit.
What we want you to do
The Sales Executive will primarily work with the sales qualified leads and guide them through their purchase process with emphasis on their needs and the value they gain from our solution. Your main counterparts will be HR and IT executives in mid to large sized companies in the private sector. Your ability to understand customer needs and position our offering against the competition will be crucial for your success.
Our dream candidate might look something like this
We are looking for candidates who are result oriented, have a strong drive and can build rapport with senior decision makers in mid to large sized companies in the private sector. We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a sales cycle of 6 to 12 months and a decision process involving top management. Candidates with experience from SaaS will be preferred. We are looking for top talents with a proven track record in sales.
We have a brand-new top-notch office downtown Stockholm and you will report to the Country Sales Manager.
