What you will do
At Johnson Controls, we now have an exciting opportunity for you to join us in Göteborg, Sweden, as our new Sales Executive within our Controls products division. In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of our Controls products portfolio to our customers in Sweden, which are mainly technical entrepreneurs, service providers, building automation providers and system integrators.

How you will do it
Identify, develop and secure progress on current and new business within your market.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and opportunity funnel.
Establish long-term customer and stakeholder relationships – Both inside and outside Johnson Controls.
Promotion and presentation of Johnson controls products and solutions.
Launch new products to the Swedish market.
Plan and conduct customer meetings.
Analyse, survey and segment the Swedish market for new potential opportunities.
Assist with technical support and consultation.
Track and report sales data in accordance with Johnson Controls standards.

What we look for
Required
Target-driven, proactive and adaptable sales professional with solid business acumen, skilled in communication and a customer centered approach.
Basic technical flair and curiosity allowing you to operate, understand and advise customers with product selections, market drivers and trends.
Innovative and future-focused mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Fluency in English – written and verbal.

Preferred
Knowledge and/or experience with technical sales within the field of building controls and automation.
Knowledge about the different communication protocols, Bacnet, Modbus, KNX.
A degree within Engineering or Business.
Relevant experience from the segment.
