About the job
AFRY has created a new unit, AFRY X, to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In AFRY X we accelerate digital solutions, incubate new ideas and business models and host shared data driven platforms. AFRY X will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, sales, maintenance and operation. Within the next years AFRY X´s target is to triple our digital revenue and to make this happen, we need experienced colleagues in sales. 
As a Sales Executive at AFRY X you will work with product driven B2B-sales. This role involves close collaboration with our product- and innovation team as well as cross functional along AFRY and AFRY X with colleagues and costumers.  
AFRY X is in a startup-phase with an exciting journey ahead and with several advanced products in the pipeline. Due to the phase, you will have the opportunity to be involved and influence development, both in the group but also regarding processes and routines.  
You will be a part of a small and expanding team and you will report to our experienced Head of Sales at AFRY X.
This is the job 

Attract new customers, maintain and develop existing clients 
Work tight together with our AFRY divisions throughout the whole sales cycle; from negotiation to closing the deal  
Build and maintain long lasting and solid relationships with clients 
Participate in developing AFRY X´s sales strategy and processes 
Promote AFRY X´s products and brand 

To be successful in this role and within AFRY X, you need to be flexible and enjoy working in a very dynamic environment. You need to be a great team player, passionate about sales and thrives from closing deals!  

Who are you?
Your profile 

You have previous experience from selling SaaS and PaaS products 
Seniority within the role as a sales person with proven track record of excellent results 
You have the ability to work with little or no supervision 
You have excellent presentation skills 
You are self-motivated and enthusiastic 
We see that you are an excellent communicator, written and spoken in both Swedish and English 

We value your personality and previous work experience, a relevant University degree is considered a strong merit.
