Our team is scattered all over the world, but we still find time to come together with our Web Manuals Family. We keep growing - and are now looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Malmö!


As a Sales Executive at Web Manuals, you are the primary point of contact to new customers, inbound and outbound. You will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success, and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to uncover new leads. In combination, you will have your own client base, building strong, long-term relationships in order to meet your own and the company’s objectives. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth and promote our product, by identifying and acquiring new clients. This you will do together with an awesome team who is always striving to reach higher levels - together. We are looking for you who is driven by results and quality in combination, with a strong team-spirit guiding your way!


Core responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Work directly with Sales and Marketing teams to discover opportunities from leads
Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
Research and analyze sales options
Build successful and long term relationships with our customers by excelling our Core Values: Leadership, Enthusiasm and Responsibility



To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:
A university degree or similar within relevant area
Experience from working with outbound sales from worklife
Experience working with B2B
A technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms
Clear and professional communication skills in English, both in speech and in writing as English is our corporate language
Comfortability working with the phone as your main communication tool



Ideally, you also have:
Experience from the IT or SaaS industry as well
Experience from the aviation industry
Experience of working in an international environment is also meriting, as is any other language but English
