AEP Talent is a company originating from Stockholm, Sweden but with services for the world. AEP Talent is a frontrunner in the world of recruiting and work with the latest trends and insights with a constant calibration of our processes and communication towards clients and candidates.
Our main focus for 2022 is the new working model called Recruiting as a Service (RaaS), which enables us to work more close with clients and become the advisors and create a long partnership that a standard agency would have a hard time to create working with success fees. Which is outdated and expensive, both for the clients as well as for the agency.
We see a huge interest for our services and the world of recruiting is exploding right now!The focus on IT and product focused roles is based on the fact that the skills gap is approximately around 40 million people needed at the moment, and is expected to grow 105% within the decade to 85+ million people needed!

We're currently looking for a Sales Intern that will work closely with our CEO to learn the arts of modern sales methodologies. You will learn to master the art of administrating tools such as SalesForce, and Outreach. You will also learn the fine arts of prospecting, deal navigation, and research and how to dig deeper into prospects needs.
The goal after this internship of 3 months is a full time job as our next leader of our SDR-team.
We hope you have any of the below:
- No specific experience, just has to demonstrate an interest in sales
- Full time internship so needs to be able to commit the time
- Strong written and spoken English
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback
- Living preferably in Stockholm, Sweden, but not a requirement
- Want to work within sales
