Come and join our great team where we are working together, taking part and wanting to make a difference. We are now looking for a Sales Leader to join our Business Area CEDO (Cooking, Eating, Decoration, Home organisation)

The Sales Leader position is a business focused role in the center of IKEAs product development. You will be part of the Range & Product team and you will be responsible for leading the sales components into the planning of the HFB range portfolio to secure a relevant and commercial offer and the preconditions for a successful meeting between the home furnishing and the customer in all touch points. You will also be responsible for leading the creation of the HFB Tactical & Operational Sales plan including goals and movements, price and volume.
Your assignment will also include:
Give input to resource planning for Sales specialist in the development teams
Secure that range principles are reflecting the market relevancy and growth plan contributing to create Range principles & Portfolio
Be responsible for expansion input to the Range portfolio and tactical Sales plan (new countries, new franchisees, new touch points etc.)
Be responsible for all sales components of the Project brief (scopes) including cost to serve implication (services, packaging, assembly...)
Be responsible for securing those Market & competitive insights are incorporated into the Range portfolio and project scopes
Manage and support the Meeting The Customer specialists in the development
This role reports to the BA Sales Manager
