Our Offline team, working with B2B and Retail sales, is looking for the next star to support our B2B partners and our own retail stores. You will ensure they have everything they need to display our products and meet our customer’s expectations.  

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN 

The Sales Logistics Coordinator, internally called Offline Logistics Coordinator, supports the Offline operations within Daniel Wellington on a global level. The scope includes both project-based activities for bigger initiatives as well as daily recurring tasks, always with the aim to provide excellent service. The main two areas you work with are key account support and logistics. These are some of the tasks you will own more specifically…  

- Plan and execute global rollouts of display material
- Receive and handle global orders for display material and furniture. Forecast and replenish stock levels to meet current and future needs
- Maintain and develop order forms and communication channels used for both B2B and retail stores
- Act direct support for stores and distribution partners concerning campaign display material and secure a unified presentation
- Handle payments for display material
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and colleagues. Assist with ad-hoc tasks handed over from KAM´s



WHO YOU ARE 

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience from customer service, sales support, customer success management, or similar
- Experience working in retail, with B2B sales or similar is advantageous
