Who are we?
Remarketing Operations is a unit of Volvo Bil, selling more than 10 000 used cars to Volvo retailers in Sweden and Europe every year. 
The operation of Volvo Bil is sale of new and used cars, company cars, car rental, service and repairs, direct service of sheet and paintwork, car parts, fuel, and car wash.  Volvo Bil operate as a car dealer. The customers of Volvo Bil are mainly Volvo Car Group and Volvo Group and their employees. In the spring of 2018, we moved to a completely new, state-of-the-art facility in Torslanda.

What you will do:
As our new Sales & Logistics Coordinator you will make sure that our used car, invoicing, and logistics processes runs smoothly. You will do this by having close contact with various business units such as our internal refurbishment workshop VBTU and our logistics unit Outbound Logistics, as well as external logistics providers.

It its therefore important that you find it easy to communicate with people from all over the organization. Selling cars all over Europe is a complex business, you will be responsible for creating and sending important documents to our authorized retailer partners. Keeping track of lead times and finding opportunities for improvement in our internal refurbishment flow will be important in your new role.

Do you fit the profile?
At Volvo Bil we place very much emphasis on you as a person. The customers and business culture are in the absolute center of all that we do. We work in accordance with our values: Sustainable, Cooperation, Personal and Quality. You have a high school education. Further you must be fluent in Swedish as well as English, both orally and in writing, and you need to hold a valid Swedish driving license. As a person you must embrace new technology, having an open mind to learn and work with computer programs, apps and likewise. Previous experience from invoicing in SAP is not a must but meritorious.
