Freudenberg Household Products is one of the leading international manufacturers of branded household products for mechanical cleaning like, cloths, mops and laundry care products.It belongs to the German owned Freudenberg group with a total turnover above 5 billion EUR.For the Nordic countries, the head offices are located in Malmö and Helsinki, with additional sales offices in Denmark and Norway.The company is the market leader in most European countries.Products are marketed under the brand names of Vileda, Wettex and Swep.More info: www.vileda.com or www.freudenberg.com Freudenberg Household Products has the mission, to offer branded mechanical household products, which make the daily work of the world's consumers and customers more efficient.To make this a reality FHP is seeking a Sales Logistics & Customer Service Manager for the Scandinavia business.You will be a member of the Nordic Consumer Management team and report to the General Manager of Nordic Consumer, as well as the General Manager for Nordic Professional.You will have management responsibility for four persons within the logistics/customer service team.Main responsibilities * Ensure optimal supply from suppliers to local customers in terms of quality, quantity, time, cost and documentation e.g.excellence in customer order fulfilment * Become the centre of excellence in terms of customer service, warehousing, distribution and local converting/assembling * Integrate local suppliers and service providers into logistic processes for optimisation of lead times, cost and processes.Negotiate prices with warehouses, transporting and service providers * Ensure execution of all sales documents from creation to invoice * Ensure high material and sales master data quality and execute user trainings in SAP, CRM and Sales reporting systems (BI) * Initiate and drive service improvement and cost saving projects * Participate in international meetings and project teams * Provide volume forecasts (together with local Sales) * Ensure that sourced products are in compliance with REACH * Supervise and manage direct reports * Prepare and control assigned budgets Your background You have a University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and/or Business Economics.You have a minimum of 5 years experience in the area of logistics preferably in purchasing and demand planning, distribution, inventory optimization and customer service.You are driven and goal oriented, however most importantly see and welcome challenges with an open mind and positive attitude.You have a 2-3 year proven track record in leading a team to achieve positive results as well as practical knowledge of working within an international environment.You have a minimum of 2 years operative, hands-on experience working within a sales company and have understanding of trade budget requirements and customer service demands at a national level.You possess a strong personality but are diplomatic and have the ability to motivate others.You are grounded in decision making and analytical thinking as well as creative in forming solutions and problem solving.You are fluent in oral and written Swedish and English, and have strong user knowledge of the SAP system, BI system and Microsoft Office (Excel merited).We need your application, in English, no later than January 11, 2009.This recruitment process is a co-operation between FHP and Academic Search International AB.
