We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our fantastic and energized Sales Team!
 
In your role as Sales Manager, you will report to the Assistant Director of Sales.
 
Your focus will be on the MICE segment and with the current dynamic market that we have you may also broaden your focus areas to other segments.
 
 
Your Main Responsibilities:
-          Proactively prospect new accounts within the MICE segment and follow the sales process through to convert into profitable 
           accounts      
-          Compile and execute quarterly sales action plans as agreed with Assistant Director of Sales
-          Understand and be able to action any group and events enquiries and ensure an accurate hand over and follow up to The 
           Groups and Events Teams.
-          Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, compelling and not duplicative. re
-          Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include national and 
           international sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
-          Develop relationships within the local and international community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales
            opportunities. 
-          Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
 
Your Background:
-          Education - BA Hons or equivalent
-          At least 3 years experience in hotel sales
-          Knowledgeable and well-connected in the hotel industry
-          You need to have a well-established local and international network within 3rd party travel agencies, TMC’s, DMC’s, event
            companies and venue finders 
-          Excellent understanding of industry norms, trends and technical know-how
-          Ambitious, result- and self-driven
-          Versatile, collaborative, and genuine
-          Excellent communication and presentation skills
-          Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written
-          Driving license
