THE ROLE

As Manager, Sales EMEA you will be a part of a committed Sales team in a fast-growing organization. Together with your colleagues you will drive sales execution for new customers in accordance with growth targets and develop new accounts in assigned markets. Your main priorities are to nurture, consult and interact with potential clients in order to generate revenue and drive sales forward. You will also coordinate the involvement of company personnel to adapt the offer to the local market conditions and work closely together with colleagues in other parts of the company to meet overall strategic objectives. The position can be based in either Sweden (Gothenburg), France (home office) or Spain (Seville or home office).
To thrive in this role, we think you have a profile with the following:

- Holds a university degree in Engineering, Business Management, Renewable Energy or in a related field;
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of significant experience in international software solution selling ideally in the renewable energy field;
- Demonstrates a burning interest in cutting-edge software services, and renewable energy;
- Has a positive attitude and a strong ability to build long-term business relationships;
- Is comfortable traveling 25% of the time in the EMEA region, post-COVID;
- Is bilingual and speak fluently English and of of the following languages: Spanish; French; Italian; Portuguese;
- Recognized as being analytical and results-oriented and a solid team player;
- Is technology enthusiast with an outgoing mindset and great communication skills;
- Adopts an agile approach, our company operates in a fast-paced environment which requires someone who is comfortable navigating changes and is constantly adapting promptly to meet the goals of the business.
