For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. You will in this role be Sales Manager for the Business unit High Voltage Service, based in Ludvika.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for a budget of 21MUSD with a minimum growth rate per year of 3%
Manager of a team of 12 sales engineers with worldwide market responsibility
Implementing our global and local sales strategy in the group developing clear roles within the sales team
Leading and organizing marketing activities and sales campaigns
Provide a regular and reliable forecast to the Operating Unit on a bi-weekly basis
Lead continuous improvement initiatives following the LEAN 6-sigma model

Your background
Preferably engineer in the fields of energy, electricity or similar
At least 5 years of experience in sales in the electric, power and industry sectors
Knowledge on continuous improvement and LEAN principles is a must. A yellow belt certification or higher will be advantageous
Knowledge of High Voltage business and products is crucial.
English is a must, whereas other languages are an advantage
