Eka Engineering is the engineering and contracting part of our Renewable Fibers business. We specialize in the design and supply of chlorine dioxide plants and equipment to the pulp & paper and other industries. Our experienced personnel, our world class technology and project management capabilities provide customers with a significant advantage for their operations. We operate globally and offer our customers quick and personal service.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to Eka Engineering. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with international projects and develop your skills both within sales and project management.

Main responsibilities
As Sales Manager you drive the sales from start to finish in order to provide the best possible technical and commercial solution. You identify, initiate and develop sales projects related to different applications by using our own technology and consequently adding real value to our customers. You might also take the role as project manager for smaller projects.
In your daily work you lead the sales projects of new chlorine dioxide plants and rebuilds.You make sure that the customer needs are implemented in our technical and commercial quoutation. Other important tasks are:
Clearly specify scope of supply
Develop the cost calculation
Interact with our internal resources and external suppliers to find a cost effective solution related to engineering, purchasing, construction and commissioning of the plant.
Negotiate contract condition with support from our legal department.


Qualifications
To be successful in this position we believe you are an ambitious, responsible and well-organized person with the ability to prioritize and ensure progress. The role requires a person with experience and understanding of international sales, both the commercial and the technical side of the projects. We also see that you have:
University degree, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience from international solution sales
Experience from larger Industrial projects
Strong ability to communicate and cooperate with team members
Ability to create long term relations with customers
Fluent in Swedish and English

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Eka Engineering Manager, and based in Bohus, Sweden.
