Your Responsibilities
Be commercially responsible, including managing and developing the existing customer portfolio for Zalaris' Norwegian customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Drive and measure customer satisfaction
Contribute to quotation work to existing and new customers
Work strategically with the customer at different levels
Budget responsibility and reaching goals for revenue growth according to Zalaris growth ambition.
Secure and follow-up delivery services from sales to operation (customer life-cycle)

Education & experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree from higher education
Fluency in both oral and written English and Swedish language.
Previous experience of BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact businesses
Proven experience from managing multiple stakeholders and, accounts within medium and large sized customers
Experience of writing account development plans
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs will be an advantage
