As Sales Manager, you will direct the sales activities of ABB Control Room Solutions at Energy Industries within ABB Process Automation worldwide, tasked with setting and profitably achieving key targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the sales team.

Your responsibilities
Developing the global business within ABB generating demand in the market to create growth in line with strategy, and providing input to strategy
Ensuring targets such as margins, cash flow and customer satisfaction are achieved through oversight and specifying improvement actions
Defining and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in alignment with global strategy
Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and developing new customers to generate growth
Driving sales efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring balanced growth through all product lines, product groups and business areas

Your background
At least 5 years of experience from product sales
A confident leader with good leadership skills that you have developed in global organizations
Taking ownership of your areas of responsibility and being self-sufficient as well as a team player
A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
A university degree
Fluent in Swedish and English
