Sales Manager
Your role
Our company is growing and we are in the process of building a third plant in Europe, expanding our production capacity. As our new Sales Manager you will have a key role in expanding our business. We are looking for a result-oriented and driven person who enjoys working in a complex and challenging global environment. You will drive the development of account strategies and coach and develop your team. You are a non-prestigious leader with a strong drive to, together with your team, meet and exceed targets. You will report directly to the CEO.
Your duties will include, among other things:
Drive the development and execution of sales strategies, budget planning and sales forecasts.
In cooperation with your team, work out the price framework for quotations in consultation with the acquisition core-team and conduct the commercial and technical negotiations with the customer.
Be the key contact person for some of our customers.
Responsible for sales activities in all project phases from quotation through development and serial production.
Monitor the market situation, understand client needs and strategies in order to secure and expand market share in the long term.
Who are you?
The role requires a highly proactive and self-governed person, result driven and preferable with a good knowledge of the Automotive industry. Due to managing many stakeholders, you will need to be a skilled communicator with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. You are people-focused with solid leadership skills and can create trust and build strong relationships at all levels, both internal and external. You are analytical, have high integrity and a good judgment. You have a solid technical understanding.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in relevant area or equivalent experience.
Senior experience in managing and developing larger accounts. Good knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
Strong commercial, analytical and pedagogical mindset. Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet targets and deadlines.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build up strong and trustful networks and relationship.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to build and develop strong teams and influence others.
Fluent, both verbal and written, in Swedish and business English. Knowledge in German is an advantage.
Possess strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
High willingness to travel.
