The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating opportunities for sales and marketing while building and maintaining relationships with clients and key customers. The business strategy will be at their discretion and their duties will include hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities:
• Generate sales and marketing opportunities.
• Develop the strategy for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
• Communicate regularly with customers to introduce new products and new solutions.
• Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue generation.
• Report on sales activity and present sales, revenue, and expenses records.
Requirements:
•Bachelor, or Master’s degree in business related fields.
•A strong network of business contacts (installers, energy suppliers, wholesalers etc).
•At least 5 years of B2B experience in retail industry.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
•Proficiency both in written and spoken in English.
•Experience of using CRM tool is preferred.
•Driving license is preferred.
