Minnovation is seeking a Sales Manager for our business partner in Stockholm.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Sales target achievement
(1) Responsibilities: to track and manage the weekly sales and operations to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target with the whole team. Step up as a supervisor to solve complex problems of new products development, supply chain, marketing activities and others when the team members could not overcome them.
(2) Works standard: achieve the annual sales and net profit target with a high market share of main categories.
2. Channel and customer relationship management
(1) to keep relationships with distributors and key retailers who are selling the products of Anker, develop new sales channels and customers, participating in project negotiations, commercial contract signing, execution, etc.
(2) Works standard: maintain good relationships with key customers, keep high market coverage rate.
3. Brand management
(1) to collect industry information, market dynamics etc, responsible for the promotion of market activities, cooperate with relevant departments to provide product after-sales service.
(2) Works standard: high brand recognition of major brand and high customer satisfaction rate.
4. Team building and management
(1) to manage the formation and training of the team in Nordic, improve the team 's effectiveness, train and guide the team members, and complete other tasks assigned by the region head.
(2) Works standard: team has a strong operational capability to deliver superior business results with high team stability and satisfaction.
Academic & trades qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) 10 years of oversea working experience, including at least 5 years of management experience, experience in leading a team is preferred;
3) Familiar with oversea market conditions, with keen insight and good business sense;
4) Good communication skills, strong stress resistance, and strong executive ability;
5) Strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication skills, able to withstand greater work pressure.
