Deel Sweden AB is looking for a Sales Manager.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities.
1. Look for clients and sell e-commerce solutions and company’s services on the international market.
2. Implement the sales plan and be involved in the development of company in accordance with sales objectives and development goals established by the Management.
3. Participate in development of sales strategy, as well as offer new and existing products and/or services to clients.
4. Analyze specific market data and review competition.
5. Create and update daily performance, target data, as well as assist in relevant marketing activities and coordination.
6. Ensure that successful leads are smoothly converted into merchants with the Account Manager of the Company, complete merchant application package.
7. Coordinate with account management, monitor merchants’ performance and volumes, review their agreements as well as ensure that the pricing and profitability reports are met and are in accordance with the agreed pricing schedule set by the business.
8. Assist existing merchants with specific problems and enquiries.
9. Provide information to the Direct Supervisor and/or Committee/Management about possibilities to increase service productivity and improve the quality.
10. Create and maintain long-term business relationships with the company's clients and partners.
11. Take part in the training of the company's employees, as well as to consult the company's other departments.
12. Provide proposals to the Direct Supervisor on organization of cooperation among company’s departments.
13. Responsible for informing the Direct Supervisor about any identified flaws.
14. Perform the one-off tasks delegated by the Direct Supervisor.
