Stena Line On Board Services is a fully owned subsidiary to Stena Line Scandinavia AB, an international freight and travel company and one of the largest ferry operators in the world. About the position:

Stena Line Onboard Services is now looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Malmö. Your main task will be to deliver new external customers to our business. You will act close to the business with the main goal to increase growth and profitability. Engage, motivate and inspire colleagues to be involved and develop the business

In addition to this, your main responsibilities will be:

- Use the Stena Line business priorities, knowledge of our assortment, trends, competition and the customers’ situations to develop the business.

- Contribute to the business development using my specialist knowledge.

- Understand the ferry and airport travel retail business and actors.

- Understand global/regional/local customer trends to offer a competitive product portfolio which drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications and Personal Profile

- Relevant education, to prefer within sales.

- Experience from working in a similar position.

- Experience from working within the ferry and airport travel retail business and its actors.

- Experience from global/regional/local customer trends.

- Be passionate about getting the best for my customer.

- Driven to exceed my goals. Get as much out of helping others achieve and develop as I do out of my own achievements.

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.

The position and location

The position will be located in Malmö and you will be reporting to Operation & Supply Chain Manager Stefan Oldenburg. We want you to start as soon as possible. This is a permanent position.
