Arbetsbeskrivning
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to work with Viking Malt customers in brewing distilling and food industry. You are responsible for new customers and inquiries as well as nominated key accounts both in our home region as well as in export sales. You would also have the possibility to participate in a strategic initiative related to sales as well as together with our customers work with CSR topics. We work in a matrix organization and you will be reporting directly to VP Sales and work in close co-operation with our Craft sales team as well as the sourcing and supply chain team.
Your location is negotiable and can be located in any of the countries where we have a production site. There is an expectation to travel frequently.

To be successful in this role it will be helpful to have
- Suitable academic degree (MSc, BSc) in for example natural sciences or engineering
- Proven track record in international sales. Minimum 5 years on Sales Manager level experience. Experience of malting or brewing industry is a great benefit.
- Excellent negotiation skills, business mindset and willingness to learn and understand the customers.
- Hands on -approach with a team player mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language or Spanish/Portuguese is a benefit.
