Description

Would you like the opportunity to work with automation sales promoting the values towards our end customers to gain market shares, by discussing strategies, solutions and innovations in close cooperation with our customer? Then we can offer you a proactive and flexible role working with customers located mainly in Europe and Central Asia.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who in close cooperation with our Market Companies will sell and quote advanced integrated Automation Solutions directly to our customers in larger projects or in automation only projects.

The projects could be diverse in sizes and time and includes for example: Complete automation solution for a green field project with MIS and MES, adding traceability to an existing plant, ERP connection, upgrading obsolete system to a modern system.


Main responsibilities

-Lead sales meetings with customers and perform audits together with our market companies
-Listen to, react upon and follow up of customers needs with the goal to gain trust and be awarded the contract.
-Close support to our colleagues at the market companies within the area of advanced automation solutions
-Cost estimations and quotations of automation projects anywhere within the range of 15 KSEK-40 MSEK


Qualifications

As a person you are flexible with a high personal drive and the ability to build confidence with the customer. You are structured and you have the ability to work with many projects simultaneously without loosing control of the business. Furthermore you are a person who easily communicate and cooperates with others.

You probably have a Technical University Degree and at least 5 years of work experience. You have a broad technical understanding within the automation field, including programming, servers, networks, databases etc. You also are used to interact directly with the customer. Understanding of Tetra Plant Master and food processing would also be valuable. As this position is global with a lot of international contacts you need to be interested in travelling. You are fluent in verbal and written English.
