Do you have experience in technical sales and are ready for your next challenge? We are looking for an ambitious salesperson to lead and develop our Scandinavia Business within the Coating segment. YOU WILL
In the role as Sales Manager, you will acquire and develop existing and new accounts, with the goal to establish good and long-term customer relations. You will be responsible for our products in our Coating segment in Scandinavia and act as a link between customer and supplier in technical matters.
Coating is an important and profitable segment, and we offer a broad range of high-quality raw materials for all segments of the coatings industry. Our portfolio includes both resins and additives etc.
You will develop our existing accounts, identifying sales leads, promoting products and create new business. Another part is to analyze the market, including competitors, and optimize sales margins, and market price levels in line with our strategy. You will prepare business cases for new sales opportunities and build up product and supplier portfolios. At your assistance you have our team of customer service professionals that assist and support the sales. In addition, you will join and work closely together with colleges in the Coating segment team in Finland and the Baltic region. You will report directly to the head of Business Development, and since you will be responsible for the Scandinavian market you can be located anywhere within Scandinavia.
YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this role, you have experience with sales from the paint & coatings industry, or experience with chemical distribution, or general experience of B2B sales plus chemical education. Previous experience in chemistry or chemicals is a must (education or work experience). You are eager to visit your clients, you love to close deals and you have great negotiations skills.
As a person, you have a strong sales drive and are thrilled by delivering growth. You are eager to learn, structured and have a good eye for details. You are self-driven and feel comfortable with large degree of freedom under responsibility. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken. Understanding Nordic languages is an advantage.
