The assignment
In the role as CSP Sales Manager Vitality, you will lead a team of CSP Sales specialists who create sales and range presentation solutions in close co-operation with other specialists from the commercial team. The CSP Sales Manager Vitality reports to the CSP Sales Manager, IKEA Commercial.

Your tasks will include:
- To ensure that you and your team maximise the commercial opportunities through effective use of all store media.
- To be responsible for the process of preparing, planning and documenting the CSP deliveries in co-operation with relevant stakeholders from IKEA Commercial, IoS, Inter IKEA Systems B.V. and the other global media channels.
- To lead and co-ordinate the dialogue with the above mentioned stakeholders.
- To be responsible for the transfer of know-how and show-how through documenting and collaborating with all IKEA retail countries.
- To be responsible for recruitment, training and development of the CSP Sales specialists to secure the highest level of competence and knowledge within the CSP team.
- To provide an inspiring and motivating direction for your team and engage them fully in the IKEA objectives.

You need to have knowledge of the IKEA Concept including our vision and business idea, our culture and values, the diamond and how we create our business advantages. You build relations built on trust and you are an excellent communicator with the ability to express yourself confidently and clearly in English.

As a person you have a high interest in developing people and competence. You have a genuine interest in the meeting with the customer and a strong desire to maximise turnover, create profit and improve our customers? shopping experience. You also need to have a strong connection to the IKEA values and a desire to live them in your daily work.
