About this opportunity

Solution Area Communication Services (SA COS) brings today’s and tomorrow’s communication services to the market.
VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is being deployed on a global scale and IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) remains the voice engine also in 5G networks. At the same time, service providers are going through a big transformation of their legacy networks into Cloud Native networks to improve speed and agility and reduce opex.
We are now recruiting a Sales Support Manager to engage with our customers, Customer Units and Market Area domain teams through this transformation, on their journey toward Communication Services in 5G. You will drive engagements with both customers and colleagues in the Market Area, and work in cross-functional teams closely with other functions in SA COS in order to provide the best customer experience.
As part of Sales Support, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers and colleagues around the world, as all roles in the Sales Support team are global roles. It will provide you with market insights and at the same time you will get a good understanding of opportunities and decisions made in product management, i.e. the Solution Line. You will be reporting to the head of Sales Readiness & Sales Support who is part of the Solution Area leadership team.
What you will do
Drive strategic sales programs
Engage with customers, Customer Units and Market Area domains teams in key opportunities
Provide sales messages and sales priorities to Market Areas
Create, shape and adapt value argumentation
Support the Bid Office on advanced topics related to RFQs and do quality assurance where applicable
Do win/loss analysis and collect competitive intelligence
Contribute to key customer and marketing events
You will bring
Sales experience from Customer Unit or other Market Area roles
Domain experience in VoLTE/IMS
Domain experience in Cloud
Solution Architect background or similar technical understanding of the domains
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Education: MSc or similar
