Sales Manager - DACH

The Opportunity
Spiideo is looking to expand the European Sales team with the addition of a Sales Manager targeting the DACH region with focus on non-Elite clubs in 9 sports.

As a Sales Manager at Spiideo, you will:

- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close. This includes prospecting and lead qualification, lead product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating terms and pricing, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and collateral materials to support lead generation and conversion.

- Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, utilising CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities. At Spiideo we are using Salesforce.

- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study.

- Attend industry events, including traveling/ presenting when necessary.

What we are looking for:

- German and English on native or professional working proficiency level.

- Passion and knowledge about sports so you effectively can relate to, and communicate with, our potential customers.

- Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.

- Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and managing the entire sales cycle.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.

- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position Spiideo's offerings as a valuable solution.

- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-activity space.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Location:

This role is based in Malmö, where we have a healthy mix of being at our office in the city center at Lilla Torg and remote. You will report directly to the Director of Team Sales Europe.
